This 3-day safari takes you to Queen Elizabeth National Park which is the most visited national park in Uganda. It is home to a wide range of wildlife species including the tree-climbing lions which are only found in this park. The safari takes you on a game drive, boat cruise and sightseeing of crater lakes and Rwenzori Mountains.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
On the first day of your safari, a driver/guide will pick you up from your location and you embark on your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a stopover at Fort Portal where you will have lunch and a city tour. You will later proceed with your journey to Queen Elizabeth, upon arrival in the park you will have a small game drive as you head to the lodge where you will check in and have an overnight stay
Day 2: Morning game drive and boat cruise
After morning breakfast, you will embark on a morning game drive on the savanna plains where you will have amazing encounters with the amazing wildlife species found in Queen Elizabeth National Park including lions, hyenas, leopards, buffalo, elephants, hippos, and plenty of elephants. You will later return to the lodge for lunch and after lunch, you will go for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel where you will be able to see birds, Lakes, and ranges of the Rwenzori Mountains. After the boat cruise, you will transfer back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Transfer to Kampala
On the last day of your safari, you will wake up and have breakfast. You will then check out of the hotel and embark on the journey back to Kampala or Entebbe Airport depending on your schedule.
